KAHAL is committed to investing in the entrepreneurial development of its Global Ambassadors. In addition to modest compensation and a programming budget, students selected for this highly-competitive program will be trained and educated by KAHAL and the Pardes Institute for Jewish Studies at our exclusive GA Orientation Seminar at the Pearlstone Center in Maryland from August 9th-August 14th. KAHAL ORIENTATION SEMINAR AT PEARLSTONE CENTER, AUGUST 9TH-14TH.
As a Global Ambassador, you’ll join your peers on a unique, exclusive leadership development program at the Pearlstone Center. There, you’ll experience five immersive days with KAHAL staff, Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies staff, and a cohort of interesting students who will be studying all over the world. You’ll learn from world-class Jewish educators and develop lifelong personal and professional skills which will serve you long after you return home. This exclusive training program will develop skills related to:
Jewish text study and exploration

WHAT MAKES A GLOBAL AMBASSADOR?
You must be studying abroad and abroad for at least 9 weeks in one of the following destinations: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Copenhagen, Dublin, Florence, Hong Kong, London, Madrid, Paris, Prague, Rome, Sydney, Tel Aviv AND Semester at Sea
You must be a local student, studying full time in one of the following locations:
Barcelona, Florence, Madrid, Paris, Prague, or Rome.
Applicants that advance to the final round will be invited to a video interview to take place the week of May 20th. Successful candidates be notified of their acceptance by May 31st.

In addition to a $300 stipend paid to all KAHAL Global Ambassadors, those accepted into the program are eligible to receive a flight stipend of up to $400 for their flights to/from BWI. Interested applicants should connect with KAHAL prior to booking flights to their study abroad destinations.
