AEA customizes programs to 95 countries, including all of Asia, Europe, and Latin America, plus much of the Caribbean, Oceania, and three regions of Africa. We also offer service to Canada and parts of the US. A sampling of past programs have included anime in Japan; sustainability in China; engineering in Brazil; service learning in Costa Rica; Spanish in Guatemala; healthcare in Cuba; social work in Ghana; photojournalism in South Africa; business in Eastern Europe.


AIFS Study Abroad

AIFS offers a wide range of unique programs in Asia, Australia, Europe, South Africa and the Americas. Most AIFS campuses offer courses in English or in foreign languages from beginner to advanced levels, so you don’t even have to know a foreign language to study abroad. AIFS program fees are guaranteed in dollars. Our program fee is also all-inclusive, making it simple for you to live and study abroad and experience all that the world has to offer.

Academic Programs International

API’s mission is focused on providing programs that are academically, professionally and personally transformative for participants. Studying, interning, working, teaching, and volunteering abroad require individuals to navigate new environments, cultural practices, and frequently new languages as well. API programs expose participants to different educational systems, work environments, cultures and lifestyles. API aims for participants to return home more confident and enthusiastic about their role in the world, which enriches the communities in which they live, study and work.

Athena Study Abroad


Athena works to make a big world accessible to students through affordable, smaller programs abroad. Athena is committed to remaining a small organization, working with smaller overseas institutions, while serving a small number of U.S. schools. Through intercultural interaction and collaboration in study abroad, Athena works to educate our students on the world’s culture, educate the world on the US culture, use these interactions and experiences among cultures to break down stereotypes and encourage tolerance and understanding


Barcelona SAE

Barcelona SAE provides the opportunities for students to grow personally, academically and globally utilizing the city of Barcelona and its components as the classroom

Barcelona SAE strives to embed elements of social responsibility into our study and intern abroad programs. We encourage intensive intercultural immersion and the acquisition of critical language skills, while cultivating an appreciation for cultural differences and increased global awareness. We hire local staff whenever possible and encourage students to participate in sustainable service learning and volunteer opportunities and assist them in finding these opportunities.



CAPA The Global Education Network

CAPA The Global Education Network operates education centers in Global Cities and have developed distinct academic offerings, support frameworks, and oversight structures for our students and visiting faculty.CAPA is dedicated to the highest principles of quality across all academic programs, living environments, student engagement and safety.


CEA Study Abroad

CEA was founded to ensure that students enjoy seamless support, from the moment they first consider studying abroad to the day they return home again (and beyond!). CEA programs focus on creating a simple pre-departure process, facilitating high-quality academic programs, offering opportunities for meaningful cultural engagement, and preparing students for a global workplace.



CET Academic Programs

CIEE is a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization providing study abroad and intercultural exchange opportunities for students. CIEE programs aim to help students gain the knowledge and skills necessary to live and work in a globally interdependent and culturally diverse world by offering the most comprehensive, relevant, and valuable exchange programs available. CIEE believes in innovation, pioneering solutions and using aggressive problem-solving to help expand access to international exchange opportunities.




CIS Abroad provide innovative education programs that broaden academic perspectives, promote global awareness, and encourage personal development while laying the foundation for participants to become engaged world citizens. DIS is a non-profit study abroad foundation established in Denmark in 1959, with locations in Copenhagen and Stockholm. DIS provides semester, academic year, and summer programs taught in English, and offers high-impact learning experiences for upper-division undergraduate students from distinguished North American colleges and universities. The intellectually challenging curriculum is broad, cutting edge, and enriched by experiential learning components, including faculty-led study tours across Europe. It provides students with opportunities for meaningful cultural engagement and personal growth, which is further enriched through housing and extracurricular offerings.

IES Abroad

IES Abroad educates students to become global leaders through premier study abroad and internship programs, which offer students worldwide experiential learning opportunities that meet the highest standards of academic quality. International Studies Abroad

ISA offers quality study abroad programs for undergraduate students. ISA's mission is to provide high-quality education abroad opportunities to U.S. and Canadian university students at an affordable price. Semester at Sea

The Institute for Shipboard Education (ISE) is a 501c3 nonprofit based in Fort Collins, Colorado that administers the Semester at Sea study abroad program in conjunction with the Colorado State University. The mission of ISE is to educate individuals with the global understanding necessary to address the challenges of our interdependent world. Since 1963, more than 55,000 individuals from 1,700 institutions, have traveled to more than 60 countries on Semester at Sea and its predecessor programs.



SAI Programs is dedicated to providing academic and cultural learning experiences abroad that enhance global awareness, professional development and social responsibility. We concentrate our programs in Europe, with a focus on in-depth learning of individual European countries and their unique global role in the geopolitical economy, humanities, and in the arts.




SIT prepares students to be interculturally effective leaders, professionals, and citizens. In so doing, SIT fosters a worldwide network of individuals and organizations committed to responsible global citizenship. SIT fulfills this mission with field-based academic study abroad programs for undergraduates and accredited master’s degrees and certificate programs for graduates and professionals.
