Studying abroad? With KAHAL, travel has never been easier, more rewarding, or more fun!
KAHAL connects thousands of Jewish students studying abroad to each other and to exciting opportunities available through the Jewish community. Working in 39 countries and 70 cities around the world, KAHAL provides students the opportunity to make the most of their study abroad experience by connecting with local Jewish students, families, and organizations.
Through KAHAL, students have met and socialized with local students, met up with other Jewish study abroad students, applied for subsidized travel opportunities, enjoyed Shabbat dinners with local families, participated in High Holiday services and meals, experienced unique Passover Seders, gotten involved in volunteer opportunities, found internships, explored immersive cultural experiences, and more!
Want to DIY your study abroad experience? KAHAL subsidizes opportunities and offers micro-grants up to $250 to plan and participate in Jewish programming abroad.
